abiwt.org.  Release cycle is exactly the same as it's always been.  When
Kanika Vats is ready with the changes I'll pull onto abiwt.org, testing
begins, and then we'll release to artemis.  Vidya and Jason should probably
shadow me when the changes need to be pulled over -- but I'm not willing to
pass the release manager torch until the new dev system is successfully
set-up and I'm confident that the installation process and existing release
process is completely understood and can be replicated.  Then we can start
talking about making some changes for the better!

Everyone can help with testing though. ;>.
