[Systers-dev] Additional Development Server

We've received the OK (thanks ABI!) to set up a new Development server to
use for well, development.  This means we can now have separate testing and
development servers - which will help keep the testbed clean. Yeah!

Should we use the development server to run MM 3.0 since we seem to be
focusing development on MM 3.0 for at least 2 projects?  Anyone want to take
a stab and getting 2 instances of MM running -- 2 and 3 on the dev server?

Ideas please!
