[Systers-dev] GSoC Bug Fixes and Mailman setup in Ubuntu 9.10

Hello,

A quick update here. I have updated the wiki with the migrate list bit
[1]. I added it just before the final cleanup part.

I have also been looking at the two related bugs [2] and [3] which are
about the Dlist commands. I have submitted a bit of an adventurous
solution that might not be correct. But my testing has not shown any
breakage with the fix so far. I have written a detailed comment on it
at [3].

I will now get back to finishing my draft of the proposal so far and
try to submit it on Melange tomorrow. :)
