[Systers-dev] GSoC Integrating Dynamic Sub-lists with Mailman 3.0

Sending questions to the whole list is the most useful because both the 
question and answer are shared with the community.  And the collective 
knowledge and availability of the group is much greater than 1 or 2 people.
