I need help on the postfix config parameters so I have a decent chance 
of having this work when we get together later.

My real macing is a windows machine that sits on my home desk on a 
192.168. network with no domain name
Then I'm running virtualbox with ubuntu8.04

So what should I be using as the Internet domain name.  What exactly 
should I type for my config.
