To start everyone who wants to work on getting the image right should:

1) Make sure you have Virtual Box installed: http://www.virtualbox.org/

2) Create an image with Ubuntu 8.04 -
http://www.ubuntu.com/GetUbuntu/download

**Remember to install 8.04 lts!**  Don't just use the giant DOWNLOAD button
scroll down

I think that it's reasonable to use the desktop version since this is a dev
environment but if someone wants to make and image with the server version
that would great as well.

3) Get as far as possible with the Systers mailman install:

**Kanika Vats and Anna G we need to add the STORM dependency and html
mark-down installation info to these instructions

I sounds like a solution to our mailing localhost problem is to use fakemail
- see link in Gloria W's email.

Am I forgetting anything Kanika Vats?

If people want to make images for other VM's that's great as well.

The image file won't available for testing/download until after we get an
image working correctly.
