Hi, Jaideep, nice to meet you.

First, start with our application form, and do the things it asks of you.
This list is the place to ask questions if you have problems with any of it
-- we don't expect you to be able to do those tasks on your own, but it will
help you understand our development environment and to start to get to know
who is who in the community, as you ask questions.

Second, start looking into the projects you are interested in and learn more
about what is needed. You will need to propose what you are willing to
commit to getting done this summer. We'll shortly try to start some
conversations on the list about the various projects, so that people can
learn where to go to see if it's a fit and can ask clarifying questions.
One of the things we will be looking for in the application is whether you
have a realistic idea of what you can get done this summer.

Welcome,

Robin
