Hi Douglas,

The way to jump in and understand what is happening and apply for the
GSOC is to follow the application process. And then using this list to
ask questions on pieces you need advise with. We are happy to have male
contributers who believe in the mission.

You will officially apply through the SOC site:
http://socghop.appspot.com/site/home/site

All of the systers application and development/setup information is
available at: http://systers.org/wiki GSOC 2010 We are still tweaking
the project descriptions, but they are a good base set.

Start trying to set it up and look at the code.
It will give you a real concrete idea of what exactly Kanika is trying
to wrap in a bundle, and which project you would like to apply for.
