[Systers-dev] GSoC and irc channels

I'm not sure I want to be on IRC. I have a window open to it on my
computer, but I'm not in front of it that much and at this point it is
just an interruption.
I really like the notion of folks joining systers-dev mailing list. At
this point the inbox is a much better option for me.
