[Systers-dev] Use Case and DB Schema

Hi everyone,

I did the use case and the DB schema , any reviews and changes will be great
help in tuning , so that the students working on the Databases could have a
common conclusion for it.

Till now the Mailman adaptor for the  Postgresql is working fine and trying
to convert the old pickle data to be merged into Postgresql database using a
BLOB (Binary Large Object) so that it could be transferred to a Postgresql
Database.
