[Systers-dev] Congrats to Kanika Vats

I'm not sure that everyone is aware that we've lost one of our students to
Oracle - before coding even began this summer.  While we are very sad that
Kanika Vats is not going to be completing another round of GSoC with Systers
-- we are extremely delighted that she managed to procure a steady
engineering gig with Oracle India.

Congrats Kanika Vats!

Kanika Vats is still a regular contributor to the community and -- if she
has time  -- I'm sure she'll be a valuable resource to students this summer.

(KV - Thanks for making time for the last round of bug-fixes as well.)
