[Systers-dev] Mailman bug #590155 + #495331

Thanks Jen, I now managed to find the bug and the test, see [1].
Unfortunately, I doubt the test will help much - the older bug concerned
emails not getting send to the (non d)lists but only ending up in the
archives or digest so the test checks that it now does get through the way
it should. This won't help much for the missing footer-text for dlists I'm
afraid.
