I spoke with Grace Law from Sauce Labs (she's a GSoC org admin - ran into
her at Open Source Bridge), she indicated that open source projects are
allowed to use Sauce Lab Services as long as they include a logo - so I
suspect we can expect to have access long-term.  If we decide this is
something we'd like to use I'll work out the details with her.
