[Systers-dev] Mailman bug #590155

Very nice work, Erica.

This is the first time that we have made changes back into the mailman code.

Would you mind adding a page to the wiki, documenting what you have to do to
send bug fixes upstream to mailman?  I'm sure this will come up again, and
it would be great if others could benefit from your experience.
