[Systers-dev] bin/newlist cannot be used to create a new list from the command line [bug]

Hi,
I logged in on abiwt.org using ssh and created a list there (called
anna_newlist) and for that list I can confirm the bug. Maybe someone with a
working local installation can confirm the bug as well but I'm pretty sure
it's not just your installation Svaksha. :)
