The bug statement is correct, but I think it is missing some information.
One still needs to use bin/newlist to create the MAILMAN_SITE_LIST. (At
present)
I've been told that this list (SITE_LIST) is a pseudo list that never
has any members, but that it must exist and needs to be created in the
install cycle.
It seems like one should not be allowed to subscribe to the SITE_LIST
once it has been created. If that check were in place then we would
never have encountered this bug. the SITE_LIST look like an actual
list, seems like a UI bug. I wasn't really able to understand the SITE
list with a Google search looking for documentation. It is really
confusing what this list does, why/how I define it and that I need to
know to leave it alone.
