This may expose my ignorance, but suppose a user has their openid bit set,
and they want to log into the systers settings page or the systers wiki.
What do they type into the username field on the login page?
What password do they enter?
Suppose they forget their password, what would a password reminder look
like? What would it say (approximately)?
