[Systers-dev] status report

Hi,
Friday again and time for a status report. Wow, how fast time flies.

Since the last report I've been working on the automatic adding of fieldsets
and divs to our templates. This is now finished and does its work quite
nicely (particularly it's nice that we can now add everything in a form to a
template without having to write each field in the form, and we can group
things according to our likings). After that I worked on creating decorators
that add mock data to a list to enable us to build the (admin) settings page
even though the rest server implementing these functions isn't finished yet.
I had some trouble with the decorators but finally got them to work. Finally
I created one massive form for the admin settings + a view showing it all.
We'll need to group the settings and style the page a bit with CSS but once
that's been done we'll send one first draft to the mailman-developers list
to get some feedback. If you're subscribed to this list I'd appreciate if
you too could give us your thoughts on the suggestion as well. It will
really only be a draft but we need to know how to continue and figure out
what people want before putting down lots and lots of time and effort into
creating a page people might not be happy with.

Finally it starts to feel like things are getting somewhere, it's a nice
feeling to see what you've been working on really starts to show results so
I'm happy. :) So have a nice weekend everybody and of course a nice day
