Hi ,
This is my weekly update for my work , I added cgi-scripts to the links
which I did earlier like the openidreg which will make the users to use and
enable the openid feature for there systers-mailman account and by enabling
from the mailman , it could be used for the other accounts as well like the
wiki. What basically I have done is to use a boolean field named 'openid'
for the membership table which will set the value to 0 or 1 on the choice
of the user. If the user chooses to use OpenID then she needs to enable it .
For the CGI she will be providing the Address/Password/listname, the
listname will be selected from a drop down menu to all the available list
When she chooses to use the list 'A' from the drop down then she needs to
provide the password for that list with the address and if it doesnot meet
the backend database then an error is occured , and if it gets successful
the openid value sets to true. Now currently I am working upon the options
for the user in her account page where she can edit her profile and change
her password with choosing for the diffrent list.
Link to screen-shots for the CGI
here<http://systers.org/systers-dev/doku.php/project:cgi-screen_shots:start>
.
Soon will be acting upon the openID backend communication to the CGI.
Have a nice weekend!
Thanks
Regards
Jaideep
