[Systers-dev] Test checklist web app

This is very timely in that we need to start a new testing cycle over the
next couple of days to check the bug fix for
https://bugs.launchpad.net/systers/+bug/506024.

I can pull Jessica's code onto abiwt.org if someone is willing to work with
her on modifications and testing during the next test-cycle.
