[Systers-dev] Mentors to put their IRC office timings

We tweaked the office hours widget a bit, including giving it the ability to copy a plain text version of the hours to the clipboard.

I've tucked a link to it on the wiki page:

Please feel free to add the same link anywhere else you might think it would be useful, which includes sharing it with other GSOC or open source projects that might have the same small problem.

I would request the mentors to kindly mention there IRC office timings , so
that the students can get an idea about there availability and have a better
interaction during the community bonding period.  They can mention on the
GSoC 2010  mentors page.
