[Systers-dev] error on installing mailman

The text is clear, but you'll need a more clear title: "installing 
mailman" isn't a question, and this is the frequently asked questions 
section. ;)

I'm guessing the most likely question this answers is more like "Why 
can't I select a language?"  Remember that people will likely reach this 
entry either by reading the list of entries or by searching, and if they 
just see "installing mailman" it may not be enough for them to realise 
that this article answers their question!
