[Systers-dev] Feedback Request

Hello Systers,

I'm having trouble with IRC, using Xchat. It could be my server at school
with blocks and such, but I'll keep trying on it. The error is : Cycling to
next server in FreeNode...* Disconnected ()

Also I was wondering how to open an empty file and use Launchpad. I have
already set up the Systers development environment, and just wanted a few
pointers.
