[Systers-dev] Setting Up the Development Environment in Ubuntu 9.10

Hi all,

I was noticing folks have been trying to get the development
environment running on Ubuntu 9.10. I thought I should try and bring
up a wiki page on this. I took the liberty to make a Wiki page at [1]
under the 'Setting Up the Development Environment' section [2] . Hope
this helps. Sorry about the delay in doing this. :)

Please note that this is mostly experimental and might be missing a
few pieces. I was a bit more busy with my GSoC proposal. Do let me
know if you run into any problems. The feedback will help me in adding
the missing information or correcting the erroneous parts.
