I *believe* the plan with Mailman 3.0 was to have admin roles be tied to 
individual users, so that they could use their own passwords rather than 
having a shared password for multiple admins.  (Note that password 
reminders will be abolished in Mailman 3.0, so the individuals' 
passwords will no longer be passed around in plaintext.)  I don't know 
off the top of my head if this has been implemented, however.
