[Systers-dev] Registered a bug for stable branch

Hi,
I found that the code for removing database of a Dlist added in bin/rmlist
never executes because of wrong implementation.Thus whenever you run
bin/rmlist for a Dlist the database never gets deleted automatically instead
you get the following error message in the error log that asks you to delete
the database manually:

'Tried to remove the database for LISTNAME, no such database (ok if it was a
non dlist). If it was a dlist, the postgreSQL database for this list needs
to be removed manually.'

I have registered the Bug in Launchpad,You can see it at:

Have made the correction and pushed the new revision to
lp:~systers-soc/systers/stable<https://code.launchpad.net/%7Esysters-soc/systers/stable>.This
bug exists in production code as well.
