[Systers-dev] Get your applications in early!

For any potential GSoC students -- please get your applications in early
rather then late.  We would like to do a round or two of questions to help
you further develop your project plans -- we can't do this if we receive
your application on 4/9!

It does not have to be perfect -- you are also allowed to make changes to
your applications once they are submitted.
