[Systers-dev] missing source code files

Part of my problem is that, once I got the dev-image up and running, I decided to look at the code on my native, Windows machine where I have all my familiar editors, diff tools, etc.
So I just installed bazaar on that machine and grabbed the source code.
The instructions all assume that I'm going to lay down the files I check out of launchpad ON TOP OF the installation of mailman on the dev image (or created from the step-by-step instructions).
So what I need to do, on my native box, is download the mailman-2.1.20.tgz archive and unzip that to a folder. then I can checkout the syster's files from bazaar on top of that base.
Does that sound right?

Hello all,
@Jennifer
I think she has missed the step where you have to the checkout in the
Mailman directory (though I may be wrong). The production branch will
also not have all the code files (like ToDigest.py).
@Anne
If I understood your problem correctly, I had run into the same
dilemma as well. You actually have to seed a complete Mailman install
with the code from Launchpad. I realized this when I noticed the code
wasn't having all the files that a Mailman original install has. I saw
in the step by step instructions that I am supposed to overwrite the
mailman folder with Launchpad checkout. A checkout in that folder will
automatically replace the files with Systers specific code (the older
files will be renamed with a '.moved' at the end).
Kind Regards
