That sounds like a good pland and I am glad you want to follow up with my
code but if the use of REST API in MM3 handles it in a better way - then
continuing the old approach is not the best idea ..
It'll be great if you can tell us why you want to take this approach instead
of using the Django framework
And then we can make a better decision about our approach I hope..
