[Systers-dev] network name to use in the dev-image setup

   For what it is worth, my intern from the local high school suggested I
   just try using "local" as my network name.  I did that and followed all
   the rest of Kanika's instructions and mailman started back up fine and
   I was able to send email using mailx.
   I can't guarantee there are no downstream problems but it seems to be
   the simplest solution if you are running in a Windows environment with
   no obvious network name to use.
