[Systers-dev] Smaller Dev Images

Hi all,

I was thinking that the image size might be troublesome for some
folks. I tried to make it smaller and could scrape off around 200 MB.
I have two versions below. One is in 7zip format and the other is
lzma.

This is not a huge difference over the bzipped version but thought I
should put it up for download anyway. Its available as download at [1]
and [2]. Should I add this to Wiki as 'mirrors' with extraction
instructions?
