[Systers-dev] Code Sprint Resources - What do we need?

In the interest of facilitating Systers Code Sprints, and ongoing
development -- what do we need with regards to maintained resources:

- A working development-environment image.
- A standing task-list
- Systers-dev team member availability on irc
- Software release schedule - ie: quarterly pushes to the test server and
bi-annual pushes to production.

What else?
