[Systers-dev] The "last" bug (for this cycle, I hope)

OK, I've re-run all the tests for posting messages, as those are the only
ones that could possibly be impacted by the changes.  They all pass.  So I
believe that we are ready to do the code rollout, whenever you are ready,
Jen.
