[Systers-dev] Development Branch and abiwt.org Updated

The Systers development branch on http://launchpad.net/systers has been
updated to reflect all the bug fixes currently ready to undergo testing.

https://code.launchpad.net/~systers-dev/systers/development

If you are doing new development you should pull that branch as a base for
your feature branch and then create your own branch marked experimental.

Additionally, abiwt.org now has a checkout of the development branch.

We are ready to start a round of testing and looking for a volunteer/s to
work with me and Kathy Gee on the release management process.  Essentially
this is a lead role -- hopefully during each test-cycle we'll have lots of
volunteers to help run tests!  So if you have aspirations to learn about
release management please let me know.

We'll send an email when we are ready to start this round of tests.
 Probably tomorrow.  Need to get the testing templates ready etc.  The
roll-out to production is tentatively scheduled for 11/22.
