Hi Pat,
Welcome!
What areas are you interested in? Programming? Maybe Python? With Mediawiki
there is most likely a need for some php work. Maybe some ORM development
with STORM (working with Kanika Vats our GSoC student who is working on the
ORM project)? How about authentication or systems? And there is always
documentation, testing, systems, and technical project management (equally
as important).
We welcome and look forward to any contribution you'd like to make and if
you give me some ideas about your interest areas, we can definitely find a
place for you to help ;>. (It's ok if you are a bit rusty or want to learn
something completely new, don't feel like you have to "do what you did
before" or be any sort of expert -- I figure we are all going to help each
other out -- a lot.)
