[Systers-dev] Considering LDAP and OpenID

Hi all! I'm one of the mailman developers, and Jennifer invited me to 
join this list so I could maybe help answer some questions relating to 
mailman.

So, in that vein, here's some links related to existing work on LDAP and 
OpenID in Mailman.  I hope they're helpful!

There is already some code floating around for doing LDAP with Mailman:

I've never used it myself, but I gather it has seen some use.  There may 
be a newer version available on launchpad if you poke around.

There is apparently also someone who has hacked Mailman for OpenID.  I 
vaguely remembered this and did a google search and turned up this:

You might want to get in touch with him and see if you can get 
code/advice if you decide to go that route.
