Exactly and this has more to do with me not updating the instructions for
localized development.  You want everything that reads
artemis.systers.orgto be "localhost" so you can access on your own
system.

Ok so you don't want to use systers.org at all in any urls, but rather
customize for your local install.

I'll take a look and sort out the documentation to be more generic for a
localhost install.
