I've been thinking about doing a screencast on how to set up a Rails
development environment on Windows. I could call it "So You Have To
Work on Windows...". :)
Motivation: Rails is Linux- and OS X-focused. Some stuff that's dead
simple on those is horribly complex on Windows. If only they hadn't
dropped POSIX support, sigh.
