[Systers-dev] Non-Dlist issue

I havent had time to dive into this, but could it be that the default for
creating new lists is (incorrectly) set to non-dlist?  Did you look on the
creating page and make sure you were creating a dlist list?  (there is a
radio button for this) Both your 2 and 3 would be correct if this is not a
dlist list.
