[Systers-dev] Non-Dlist issue

Hi,
So I have succeeded to merge both my and Anna's code,have removed all the
inconsistencies that were there and committed it to the orm_objectoriented
branch but three problems still remain:

1)DEBUG_MODE
2)+new does not come in the welcome message moreover any mail send by a
subscriber with 'listname+new at abiwt.org <listname%2Bnew at abiwt.org>' in the
address goes to the moderator(reason was told in previous mail) whereas any
mail with simple 'listname at abiwt.org'
3)Other Incoming Address does not comes up in the options membership page.

On close observation dont you think that If we leave the 1st problem aside,
the other two are what one may see for a NON-DLIST??  (

I have confirmed it,the other two problems does not come for the old lists
which have DLIST feature enabled and comes only for the new lists as the
DLIST feature is not enabled for them.Now if we are able to find find why
the new lists created do not enable the Dlist feature we will be able to
solve all major issues ;>

PS:I dont know but I have had problems with bzr merge before so I trust a
manual merge I dont knw why bzr did not flag the function as when executed
it would have surely led to an error.
