[Systers-dev] New Test Cycle - Membership Adaptor

Ok, so I'm officially ending this test-cycle and refreshing the test system
with the final code push for the Systers's GSoC summer project.  (Don't
worry there will be many more after.)
We'd like to roll the final code onto production Monday evening (PDT).  I'll
let everyone know when the we can start testing.  Yet again!

This push is going to involve dropping the new member db and I may need to
delete a few lists.  I'll let everyone know what is going on.
