[Systers-dev] adding info on bugs to the wiki

Hi,
I added a page to the wiki describing symptoms of old bugs and what their
fix was. This could be useful for future developers to take a look at to see
if a simular bug has occured before and if so, what the problem and the fix
was. It might also be good for you as a support for your memory, should you
wish to help again in the future (which we certainly hope! :) ).

We now need your help to fill this page with useful information about
possible bugs and fixes you've been working on or know about. Your expertice
can make life a lot easier for future developers and contributors and we
really need your help to get this knowledge down on paper.

To help us with this, enter http://systers.org/systers-soc/doku.php/bugs and
add what you think might be useful or send me an email describing the
symptom and cause and I'll add it to the docu.

If you have any other ideas of things to document that you think might be
useful as well, please let me know.
