So you need to remember to hit "reply-all" -- we actually found another bug
when setting this list up so we can set "reply-all' as a default -- there
are some differences in configuration parameters from our other systers
lists.

You need to create a login on launchpad and upload a public key:

(http://launchpad.net <http://launchpad.net/systers> → Select your user name
in the upper right-hand corner to access your profile → change details (far
right of screen) on your profile page → SSH Keys (second block menu 3rd
item) → Add an SSH key (cut and paste your id_rsa.pub file from the
development box) → Import Public Key
And then you need to run:

"bzr launchpad-login YOUR_ID"  - locally

I'll be upgrading the repo at the end of the week to get rid of this error
message.
